Prices	As stated on the "Cybersecurity Services" pages of this site. Where a price varies with individual requirements, we will present a formal quotation. All prices shown exclude tax; consumption tax is charged additionally.
Charges other than the service price	Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Where a service involves actual costs such as hardware or cloud usage fees, they are stated in the quotation.
Payment method	Bank transfer
Payment timing	Service fees: 30% as a commencement payment at the time of order, and the remaining 70% on delivery (the balance is payable within 14 days of delivery and acceptance).
Service commencement	Work begins after we confirm receipt of the commencement payment. Specific delivery dates are set in the individual quotation/order form.
Offer validity	Within the validity period stated in the quotation.
Cancellations	To cancel after ordering, please contact us by email. No charge applies before work has started. After work has started, charges apply according to progress.
Returns and refunds	Due to the nature of services, returns and refunds after provision are not accepted in principle. If a service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to us, we will consult with you individually.
Operating environment	The operating environment of anything installed or configured (supported browsers, required accounts/services, etc.) is as individually notified.
